I succeeded in downloading my signed copy of the EC. Having procured the necessary documents I applied for the khata transfer. The bbmp official says the downloaded EC is the not the correct one and that it is only a report. The heading says Form 17 and not Form I am a little confused here and do not understand the difference. Please shed some light. Having the same issue, the sakalakar portal asks for an EC form 15, while the one getting obtained through the kaverionline portal is the form Tried twice, got the EC with Form 17 both the times.
